Sierra Maestra est le plus grand groupe de 'son', musique traditionnelle cubaine qui explosa à La Havane dans les années 20. Le 'son' est l'ancètre de la salsa, avec des particularités qui le différencie de la rumba cubaine par exemple (je ne saurais trop rentrer dans les détails techniques...), mais pour leur 21ème anniversaire, le plus grand groupe de La Havane nous fait danser en boucle sur une furia latine mélangée à la fluidité du jazz afro-cubain.
