Press Release :
The Coast is Clear is the first LP by trombonist and writer Trevor Mires. An accomplished player and busy figure on the London music scene Trevors playing credits read like a whos who of jazz and popular music. These four originals and the setting of the Marley classic are a fine introduction to the personel side of a player who's normally working hard to bring the best out of other peoples music. It only remains to say that Trevors powerful ability as a trombonist may only be matched by his apetite!
