Naim (above) is a Scandinavian (Danish) wunderkind the likes of which we've never heard before. You may have heard him on TM Juke's last album or seen him live at the Big Chill but if not you'll soon have Out to Sea (or one of his other forthcoming gems) sound-tracking your every thought. Infectious is not the word. Watch out for a Ltd ATC014...

Extremely limited pressing that has been put on ice since Naim has been signed to another label. We pressed 300 of these little puppies in the hope that we could promote Naim and maybe get him some label interest. We sent a bunch out and got some label interest! Those that weren't sent out as promos have mostly been distributed to Japan, but we've kept 80 back to shot to the good people of myspace. This Danish super-producer / singer is going to be big! £3.00 incl worldwide p&p - Own a very limited, and significant debut record for the price of a sandwich...

Biography :
Some people say there are no true mavericks in today's bland pop landscape. Some people are idiots. I say to these people "Have you not seen Naim and heard the music he creates from his little wooden box?" These simple folk reply "Nay, we have not heard of the person you speak of. Nor of his box." I produce a small round object and place it into a sound device shield activator. The ensuing noise is one of joyous rapture and unbridled hedonism. Synthesiser riffs joust with pop sensiblities offset against a joy in experimentation only matched by small children first setting eyes on the world. Wonderesque harmonies square up to lyrics that deal with everyday life in it's various forms. Mainly sex. The clash of electronica, hip-hop, soul, and anything else lying around is a gorgeous mess reflecting the rich tapestry that is life itself.
