Local People is a collective of likeminded Melboure producers pursuing diverse soulful music for dancefloors and headphones. Their EP releases feature Grantham aka Suburban Lights, radio and club dj Ennio Styles (remixer for Compost, Jazzland, Cosmic Sounds), soul/jazz futurist Lanu and aural gourmet Benjamin Tobias. Local People releases have been licensed in Europe, Asia and Australia and received overwhelming reactions from scene leaders like Rainer Truby, Patrick Forge, Jazzanova and Nicola Conte.
