(12") Freestyle Records FSR024, 2005-05-30

Tracklisting :
A1. Lanu - Mosquito Coast
B1. Eddit - Samba Do Bell (No Comply Remix)

Press Release :
Melbourne producer Lanu (Los Cabrones/The Bamboos) serves up a steaming hot pot of Latin-infused house flavours on his second outing for Freestyle. 'Mosquito Coast' is a deep, bass heavy house groove peppered with trumpet, Cuban montunos and a sublime McCoy Tyner-esque piano solo that will find favour with many a dancefloor this summer. On the flip, fellow Australian Eddit fires up the MPC along with a posse of local musicians par excellance to give you the mighty "Samba Do Bell". No Comply rework the track into a searing collision of broken samba patterns, horn stabs and a killer breakdown reminiscent of Spiritual Souths massive "Green Gold" track.
