Extrait de la double compilation "Live from the Bonnaroo Music Festival" sortie tout récemment (2002), qui regroupe la crème des jam bands ricains, et propose un extrait de leur prestation du festival de cet été. Ce track-là a retenu tout spécialement notre attention car Jack Johnson n'est pas à proprement parler un artiste "Jam Band", étant plutôt classique dans son approche musicale, pas si éloignée que ça d'un Keziah Jones Ben-Harper-Dave-Matthews-isé. Son nouvel album "Brushfire Fairytales", sorti en France en Septembre chez Barclay est un petit bijou jam blues folk hip hop passé relativement inaperçu. Cex extrait live (un peu court), avec Dj Logic guest-starring aux Scratches, constitue une bonne opportunité de juger la coolitude de l'ex-surfeur Jack Johnson.
