Galactic's upcoming record

As many of you know, we are currently in the studio working on our next record which we are hoping to have ready for early Fall 2007. We are very excited about how this record is coming together. So far we have contributions from some of our very favorite MCs including Mr. Lif, Lyrics Born, Ladybug Mecca (from Digable Planets), Gift of Gab (from Blackalicious), Chali2na (Jurassic 5), and Lateef the Truth Speaker. We also did a really cool track with New Orleans Mardi Gras Indian Big Chief Monk Boudreaux. In addition to the vocal tunes, we also have several killer instrumentals that we are working on including one that will feature NOLA's own Trombone Shorty. We are thrilled with how the project is coming along and plan to debut some of the material at a couple of bigger shows during the summer.
