Daedelus links up with Michael Johnson for the kind of happy song / sad vocals mash-down which Alfred Darlington learnt from listening to too much Brazilian music. This, however, is not bossa. Drawing on bits of Italian disco, twisted trance, French house and more than a smattering of early '80s English new romanticism it's the kind of glorious, upliftingly sad number for which sweet indiscretions were invented. The epic nature of this song is sure to make this a Daedelus anthem

Then check the remixes. Spank Rock's XXXchange takes the original and turns it into uproarious house-funk (rather than funky house). Moonstarr turns in a phenomenal remix on a Canadian-Bass-by-way-of-Miami kind of tip. Samiyam – an Ann Arbor native now relocated to LA and collaborating with Flying Lotus on the regular – slows things down and chops it up just as you'd expect. Head nod for people with odd shaped heads.
