RideOut & Terry Cole - The City - out on Colemine Records

RideOut and Terry Cole The City
RideOut & Terry Cole - The City
(CD) Colemine Records, 2008-03-13

The debut album from Rideout & Terry Cole, an emcee from Ohio by way of Detroit, and a Middletown, Ohio-based producer/musician respectively features beats that are a mix of funk, soul, jazz, and hip-hop. Couple that with the dope rhymes from Rideout and you've got a product that Dusty Groove America describes as "One of the best live band hip hop soul projects we've heard in a long time!" The City marked the first release from Middletown, OH-based indie label Colemine Records. And the album has also spawned a licensing deal with P-Vine Records out of Tokyo as well.
