Renegades Of Jazz - Cascade
(7"/Digital) Wass Records WASS-002, 2010-10-04
Renegades Of Jazz return after the successful debut release of Karabine EP. Wass Records is proud to deliver the follow up 7" single Cascade. This track sounds like Lalo Schifrin in the year 2010 a real up beat tune, rich in piano rhythms, powerful horns and random vocal scats with a relentless backbeat culminating a pure dancefloor jazz bomb. Seaside Suicide is on the flipside which is a mellow downbeat track that shows off a more moody side of R.O.J. - Look out for Renegades of Jazz album Hip To The Jive due in early 2011.
