Phish Are Molesting Laura - Halloween Special!

Phish Are Molesting Laura Halloween Special

Our first published reviews and analysis of the Phish phenomena on the Internet happened in 1996 - more than 15 years ago today… Many things happened in the musical world since then, but this American rock/jazz band you might never have heard yet is still the best the live scene has to offer, worldwide! There's been some ups and downs in their history, but they're currently touring, rocking, grooving and bending minds as fresh & hard as ever. Forget what you think you know about what music can do to you, just go see this band on stage if you have the chance. Phish are regularly celebrating Halloween with what they call a musical costume, with the band performing an entire album by another artist and including it as the second of three sets. That's how they came to perform The Beatles' White Album, The Who's Quadrophenia, the Talking Heads' Remain in Light, The Velvet Underground's Loaded, Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon or The Rolling Stones' Exile on Main Street!! For this year's halloween celebration, we've decided that Phish would be the one molesting our dear Laura, with an astounding selection of live covers chosen by psychedelic music expert Mr. Moo.

Paris DJs Soundsystem presents 1985, 1986 & 1987 - Standards, Versions and Revamps Vol.26

We've reached 1985 and most of music is in a really bad shape. Music marketing is starting to morph thanks to the Grateful Dead who re-invented the direct-to-fan business the previous year, but music production is still hitting an unsurpassed low, almost everywhere. It might come as a surprise to...
