Maybe I'm prejudiced or small minded, but somehow the concepts of reggae and France don't sit easily side by side in my head. I know the country has a long standing love affair with the genre as they do with hiphop, yet it still seems like an unlikely source to produce the good vibrations. But then there's Grant Phabao.
